What the software does

Reads 57 public sources every 15 minutes, screens them for scope, labels them by lane and links out. Nothing is re-hosted.
Spends $0.00 on language models today and $0.00 this month, against caps of $2/day and $40/month, metered by the one gateway every model call passes through. The bubble beat shows everyone else's spend; this line shows ours. The day-by-day version is the operations diary.
Ranks by published formulas: the daily pick, the Hall of Fails, the weekly Stupidity Index. No editor, no taste, on purpose.
Writes the one-line captions with a language model, checks them, and labels every one "machine-written".
Counts the AI providers' own outage notices, keeps the deal graph, the ledger and the incident register to their sources, and reads prices every minute the market is open.
Discovers new sources, trials them for two weeks, and flags a failing one for the owner instead of pretending.
Reports on itself: status shows every job's last run and every source's health; /healthz says when the scheduler stopped.

What it never does

Re-host anyone's content, or rewrite a headline. Titles are the source's own words; the eyebrow is ours.
Name or shame a person. The jokes are about patterns and systems — models, hype, outages, money going in circles.
Run games, scores, streaks or leaderboards. Nothing here grades you.
Give investment advice. The markets pages are temperature, not forecast.
Track you. Reading needs no account and no cookie; reacting sets one random token; see privacy.
